Energy equipment manufacturer and service provider Flowline Specialists will be exhibiting at ADIPEC for the fourth consecutive year as it continues to grow its operations in the Middle East and North Africa.
The firm, which is headquartered in Scotland, established its Middle East subsidiary in Dubai in 2015. Demand from the oil and gas industry for its range of cable and pipe handling and deployment equipment has steadily increased since then.
Key features built into its modular equipment are flexibility and efficiency, meaning devices can be used onshore and offshore, and in the subsea, renewable energy and decommissioning sectors. All of the equipment is road mobile and can be containerised, allowing for rapid deployment around the world and is installed and operated by the firm’s experienced team of field technicians.
Flowline Specialists’s operations in the Middle East are led by Dubai-based group operations manager Graeme Chalmers. Explaining the importance of ADIPEC to the firm, he said: “Exhibiting at ADIPEC has been important in helping us achieve our growth to date in the region, following the relationships we’ve built at the show. It has allowed us to showcase our diverse equipment range, including hub drive systems, spoolers, tensioners and shears, to a global audience of leading energy industry professionals.”
Flowline Specialists continually invests in expanding its product portfolio to ensure that customers around the world have access to the most efficient and effective systems. Recent additions to its fleet include a 15Te cable drum tensioner and a bow cable engine, which is suitable for the controlled handling of flexible pipes, umbilicals and cables ranging from 20mm to 325mm diameter.
Flowline Specialists can be found at stand CN35, which is located in the Concourse area next to entrance C, opposite Hall 3.
